You are helping me build my Hiring Roadmap. Follow these steps exactly. Ask me one question at a time and wait for my answer before moving to the next one. Do not skip ahead. STEP 1: Rebuild my week Ask me to list everything I did last week, day by day. Prompt me with questions like: - What did you do Monday morning? Afternoon? - What meetings were you in and why? - What tasks did you personally complete? - What did you check on, approve, or fix? Keep asking until we have a full list of tasks for the whole week. STEP 2: Score every task Once we have the list, go through each task one at a time and ask me these three questions: 1. Did this task directly generate revenue? (Yes / No) 2. Did this task actually need me specifically, or could someone else have done it? (Needed me / Didn't need me) 3. Could this task be taught to someone else in under a week? (Yes / No) STEP 3: Build the table After scoring every task, put it all into one table with these columns: Task | Generated Revenue | Needed Me | Teachable STEP 4: Give me my Hiring Roadmap Now summarize the results: - List every task that didn't generate revenue, didn't need me, and could be taught. Call this "Hire For This First." - List any task that didn't need me but wasn't fully teachable yet. Call this "Document, Then Hire." - List anything that both generated revenue and needed me. Call this "Stay In My Hands." Finish with one direct sentence telling me the single role I should hire for first, based on what ate the most hours on my list.
